Planning Board Minutes
February 4, 2009
Meeting opened by Al Gombas at 7:15 pm
Roll Call: Chairman, Al Gombas, Vice Chairman, Bruce Beane, Secretary Rosemary Colombi, Board Member, Roberta Aldrich, Selectman, Steve Moscicki, Alternate: Lisa Linowes arrived at 7:29 pm., absent: Alternate Kathy Wohlleb
Guest: Selectman, Jim Trudell
Jim Trudell talked to us about the Budget, he wanted to see if the Planning Board would be able to reduce our 2009 Budget.
After Jim left, we talked among ourselves and came up with $4,000.00 by reducing line item #110 by $1,400.00, line item 390 by $2,500.00 and line item 560 by $100.00. All were in favor, See Lyman Planning Board Motion Sheet.
We went over minutes of 12/03/08 and approved as written. We had no meeting in January 7, 2009 due to a snow storm. We also went over our last minutes for the Work Session on 11/19/08 also approved.
The letter for the Annual Town Report was looked over and approved with corrections. Rosemary will retype and send it to Donna.
Motion to adjourn by Bruce Bean at 9: 20 pm and 2nd by Steve Moscicki. All in favor
