Selectmen's Minutes
July 12, 2007
Present: Steve Moscicki, Jim Trudell, Elaine Sherry, Donna Clark
Other Attendees: Road Agent Applicant
8:05 am Chairman Moscicki called the meeting to order.
Non-Public:
Trudell made a motion to enter non-public session per RSA 91-A:3, II(b) to interview an applicant for the road agent position taking Clark and the applicant with them, 2nd by Sherry, all in favor by roll call vote. After the applicant left the meeting, the Board prepared an initial offer and agreed that Trudell would present it to him later in the day. Resumed public session. Trudell made a motion to seal the minutes of the non-public session, 2nd by Moscicki, so voted all.
Sherry left the meeting at 9:45 am. Trudell motioned to adjourn the meeting at 10:00 am, 2nd by Moscicki.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 16th, at 6:00 pm.
