Selectmen's Minutes

6:00 pm Chairman Moscicki called the meeting to order.
An emergency meeting of the Board of Selectmen was called to examine the gravel coming out of Byron & Roberta Aldrich's gravel pit on Tinkerville Rd. The meeting was posted at the Town Hall and Grange Hall.
The outfit doing the crushing and the road agent believed the material coming out of this gravel pit was becoming too sandy to hold to the road and that the supply of "good" gravel would be running out very soon. SM & JT looked at the pile that was crushed and waiting to be loaded and it looked acceptable. Although some sandy pockets were noticed in the material in the open pit area, it generally looked okay to SM & JT.
Trudell will relay this information to Tom Smith tomorrow.
