Joint Selectmen and Planning Board Minutes
September 26, 2008
Present: Jim Trudell, Elaine Sherry, Steve Moscicki, Al Gombas, Bruce Beane, Donna Clark
1:40pm Chairman Trudell called the joint meeting to order.
The Lyman Board of Selectmen held a joint meeting with members of the Lyman Planning Board to review a letter hand-delivered to the Selectmen and Planning Board Monday evening, Sept 22nd, by Mark C. Russell, attorney for John N. Marshall, and to organize all of the information and documentation both Boards have regarding Mr. Marshall's desire to build a home on Map 54 Lot 46 and to use the so called Bowles Road as his access.
After a discussion of events to date, both Boards agreed all of this information should be forwarded to Town Counsel, Attorney Laura Spector at Mitchell & Bates, for her review and advice. A letter to Attorney Russell was prepared by the Selectmen, notifying him of the Boards' decision. Clark will organize the documentation to be sent to Attorney Spector.
Trudell motioned to adjourn the meeting at 3:30 pm, 2nd by Sherry, so voted all.
