LYMAN PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
December 7, 2022
Call to Order: Chairman Todd Landry called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm.
Roll Call:
Members – Todd Landry, Donna Clark, Tom Smith - Ex Officio, Diana McGrath-PB Coordinator
Absent – Sandy McKee and Paul Rayburn
Meeting Minutes:
The minutes for November 2, 2022 were reviewed and approved. Clark motioned to accept the minutes as written, 2nd by Landry, all voted in favor.
Correspondence
Landry took home the November/December Edition of NH Town and City magazine to review. He share any new information in regards to the planning board at the next regular meeting.
New Hampshire House Bill (HB) 1661: Summary of Changes Table “handout”
Old Business:
Lyman Planning Board by –laws were reviewed to check for any necessary changes from last month’s NHMA handout “changes to planning and zoning laws in 2022”. No changes were found. Donna Clark made a motion to adopt the by – laws as written, 2nd by Landry, all voted in favor.
The Board agreed to review the “summary of changes table handout “along with the Town of Lyman Sub-division regulations last updated February 2019 at the next regular meeting. McGrath with re-type just the RSA changes which pertain to the planning board.
New Business:
The Board agreed to meet with Lyman’s Conservation Commission next month to discuss drafting a Natural Resource chapter to the Town of Lyman’s master plan.
Smith motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:55pm, 2nd by Clark, all voted in favor.
